Nature of Business: Hampshire Trust & Heritage Group ("HTH Group", "we", "us", or the "Company") is a technical management and consultancy firm. We provide project oversight, technical management, drone surveying and related imaging services, reporting, and contractor coordination. Any references on this website to “projects,” “works,” or “services” are intended to describe our management and consultancy scope unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
No Manual Labor / Third-Party Works: The Company does not undertake physical building, construction, landscaping, or other manual works. Where building, repair, or landscaping works are required, such works are carried out by independent third-party specialists sourced from our vetted contractor network (the "Hub") or otherwise engaged for a specific project. Any third-party contractor is responsible for its own workmanship, personnel, site operations, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, insurance, and health and safety obligations, subject to the terms of the contract entered into with them. Our role is limited to technical oversight and coordination in accordance with the applicable service tier or written agreement.
Intellectual Property and Ownership of Deliverables: All drone footage, photography, imagery, data outputs, drawings, technical reports, written recommendations, and other materials produced by or on behalf of the Company in connection with our services (collectively, "Deliverables") remain the property of HTH Group until all applicable fees and charges have been paid in full. Upon receipt of full payment, the Company grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Deliverables for the client’s internal purposes and for the specific project to which they relate, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client must not reproduce, publish, distribute, or permit third-party use of the Deliverables beyond the agreed purpose without the Company’s prior written consent.
